Real Food Phase: No Fake Food Any food except foods that contain gluten, artificial ingredients or colors. I would recommend at this stage to load up on high protein always because that’s the end goal. In this stage all fruits, vegetables, and real foods are allowed except anything that is artificial.sudo No food that could be confused with the colors of skittles. If the color is the same as a skittle color then avoid. Anything that didn’t come from nature originally needs to be avoided. Things like nuts, fruits, and vegetables are allowed.
Cut out all artificial food. This includes flavors, colors and sweeteners. Only eat food that originally, came from nature.

Foods to avoid:
Avoid blending fruit and veggies. Keep food in whole form. Fruits and veggies are much better for the body when the fiber is intact. If the fruit and veggies are blended they turn into liquid sugar and are sent directly into the blood stream.
Food in whole form has to be digested and broken down to sugar which burns calories and breaks down the sugar in the process. The body will receive less sugar from a non blended amount of food then the same amount of food blended. A blender turns the fruit and veggies to instant toxic sugar.
Avoid any artificial anything including colorings, sweeteners and additives. Anything that is not the color of nature should not be consumed ever past this point. All food consumed will now be real food from nature. That means all candies are no longer allowed. No candy comes from nature.
Try to avoid chocolate at this point. One can argue chocolate comes from nature. There is a cocoa plant in nature, but chocolate in any form that a person would consume now is not a cocoa leaf. Things have been added and the plant has been processed to such a level that would be impossible to achieve in nature.
Moving forward with this lifestyle, is now the time to realize that the goal is to eat only food that can be found in nature. Food that requires machines and hours upon days upon years to prepare is not what this lifestyle is about. This lifestyle is basically how to survive in the wild with what is available in nature.
