Sugar addiction is no joke. As a person who has struggled with drug addiction. I can tell you sugar is by far the hardest 'drug' to quit. The withdrawals are painful. But once you get through the first few days, you can start to do other things again. But this is only Day 2. I'm barely off sugar.
